Orders and shipping
Can I change my order before it is dispatched?
You can edit the order before the warehouse has processed it. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service Department immediately so that they can verify the status of your request.
In any case, you can request the return of the item within 14 days of delivery of the order for any reason. You can find more information in Returns and Refunds and in Terms and Conditions.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently ship to: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Please check below any exceptions.
In order to see product details, such as prices and available sizes, and in order to complete the purchase, choose the proper Delivery Country (click here). If the country you want your order to be delivered to is not present, we invite you to sign up to our newsletter to remain updated in case it is added.
Are there addresses that you cannot deliver to?
We cannot deliver to post office boxes or "hold mail" services. We do not deliver in the following areas:
- Campione d'Italia Lugano Lake, Livigno
- Azores
- Madeira
- French Overseas Departments
- Canary Islands
- Channel Islands
- Gibraltar
- Andorra
- Balearic Islands
- Ceuta
- Melilla
- Åland Island
- Vatican City
- San Marino
What are the delivery times and costs?
Items are usually delivered within 8 working days and the shipping cost is 20 CHF for orders worth less than 290,00 CHF. Shipping is free for all orders worth more than 290,00 CHF.
The products are delivered from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the office or of the contact person.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier arrives?
After the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice indicating the pick-up point where your order will be deposited. If you don't collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded.
Can I save my favourite products?
To save and share your favourite products you must have a My Account profile.
- browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in
- on the product details page select your preferred size and colour
- click on "Add to Wishlist"
Do I need to register to complete the purchase?
No, you do not need be registered on our site to make purchases.
However, registration is fast, free, safe and gives you many advantages:
- Receive updates on your order and check past purchases
- Save your delivery preferences
- Make your wishlist
- Request returns and check your refunds online

How can I check the delivery status?
In the order confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier's website. In case that the tracking number does not work, you will also have a link that will allow you to access the courier's website and thus follow your shipment.
If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.
